Possible Upgrades (resolutions if you will)

2010 The year of me

Keep a Gratitude journal: There are many things that I have to be thankful for. I should pay more attention to the things that I have.

Listen: more.

Pause: take three breaths before responding to any situation or conversation.

Wake at 6:30am on weekdays and 9am on the weekends: Why waste precious hours in my bed not advancing my goals. There are a lot of things that I "don't have time for", but that's because I sleep a lot.

Read a book each month: Novel or selfhelp, it doesn't matter. Just spend more time reading and less time watching TV.

Maintain organized office: sloppy office, sloppy plan, no success.

Purge monthly: no excess mail, no excess crap/paper.

Send one handwritten letter each month: take  time to give special attention to my closest friends.

Payoff all credit cards: no credit except work credit and expenses.

Become size 10: a loose size 10, though preferably an 8!

Only purchase clothing in smaller size: only if it fits.

Volunteer at least 6 times for the year: any six times and preferably once per month.

One random act of kindness every week: actively do something for another person without agenda.

Personal trip: go somewhere unrelated to work. Preferably with partner, but alone and responsible is ok.

Go to church: If I'm home on Sunday, I should go to church.
